Program : Three levels single family residence, tile roofed, two levels basement
Single family residence combining modern with classic design. Modern design characterized by the use of Ekali red stone on distinct elements of the building,like the façade wall,and by the double height building indicating the double height interior. Taking advantage of land inclination, site orientation, and legislation dictating distances from surrounding buildings whole construction rests on ground level. This offered the opportunity to apply the principles of bioclimatic architecture regarding ventilation and illumination.
